RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of Resolution.

ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution amends expenditures in the 2017-2021 Capital Improvements Program by creating the following new Capital Improvements Program projects:
o Pearson Avenue and Related Drainage Improvements (Waddill Street to Kentucky Street), CO1703
o McKinney FY 17 Substandard Utility Replacement and Street Rehabilitation Umbrella Projects North of Virginia, CO1706
* CO1703 will be funded with previously programmed funds from the Street Reconstruction Umbrella (ST1622) in the amount of $750,000, the Substandard Wastewater Mains (WW4350) in the amount of $870,000, and the Creek, Lake, and Dam Improvements Umbrella (DR4318) in the amount of $1,315,000.
* CO1706 will be funded with previously programmed funds from the Street Reconstruction Umbrella (ST1622) in the amount of $840,000, the Substandard Water Mains (WA4336) in the amount of $2,500,000, and the Substandard Wastewater Mains (WW4350) in the amount of $2,510,000.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* Funding has been allocated for FY 16-17 for rehabilitation of various streets (ST1622), replacement or rehabilitation of various substandard water utilities (WA4336), replacement or rehabilitation of various substandard wastewater utilities (WW4350), and storm water improvements (DR4318).
* Staff has allocated use of these funds for design and construction of various projects throughout the City which have been identified as needing street rehabilitation, having substandard water mains, having substandard wastewater...
