* Approval of the Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects, Inc. to provide architectural and engineering services in conjunction with the McKinney Senior Center Renovation & Expansion Project PK4394.
* The selected consultant team, Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects, Inc., submitted a proposal to provide architectural/engineering services for the evaluation of the existing facility and a needs assessment in the amount of $58,600.
