ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects, Inc. to provide architectural and engineering (A/E) services in conjunction with the Apex Centre Expansion and Renovation Project.
* The selected consultant team, Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects, Inc., submitted a proposal to provide A/E services for the design and construction of the Apex Centre Expansion and Renovation Project.

* Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects, Inc. is a professional architectural consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas. The firm's services include residential, commercial and civic architectural design.
