ITEM SUMMARY:
* In May 2019 the McKinney Community Development Corporation approved a project grant request submitted by The North Texas Family Health Foundation for costs related to horizontal infrastructure costs related to the construction of a Federally Qualified Health Center on Virginia Parkway in McKinney.
* This public hearing item is to address a request by The North Texas Family Health Foundation to modify two terms in the performance agreement for the project: to extend the date to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy to December 31, 2020; and to extend the deadline for employing and maintaining a minimum of fifty-one full-time equivalent employment positions to June 30, 2025.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* MCDC allocated $1,364,926 to fund community projects eligible for consideration under sections 501 to 505 of the Texas Local Government Code in FY 19.
* Support for community facilities to improve residents' quality of life, and amenities in east McKinney is a priority of the MCDC board of directors.
