RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of the Resolution

ITEM SUMMARY:
* This resolution authorizes a professional services contract with JBI Partners, Inc., to provide landscape architectural and engineering services related to the improvements of Finch Park in a contract amount of $149,000 and a design budget not to exceed $160,000.

* Scope of Services:
o Planning and Design $92,000
o Other Related Services $52,000
o Reimbursable Expenses $ 5,000
o Contingency $11,000
Total $160,000

* The Finch Park Improvements will include but not be limited to:
o Hike and Bike Trail Lights
o New Playground Area and Equipment
o Native Planting Areas Throughout The Park
o Improve Existing Bandstand Pavilion
o Modifications to Existing Storm System
o Signature Park Entry Signs
o Miscellaneous Improvements
