RECOMMENDED PARK BOARD ACTION:
* Approval of the Recommendation.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* This agenda item will authorize a professional services contract with Kimley - Horn and Associates, Inc., to provide landscape architectural services related to the design of the Al Ruschhaupt Phase 1 Restroom Renovations in a contract amount of $118,400 and not to exceed $148,400.
* A contingency of $30,000 allows for the option to develop construction documents for additional pavilions and plaza area.
* The Al Ruschhaupt Phase 1 Restroom Renovations will include recommendations for placement of a new restroom facility and updated site plantings.
* Scope of Services:
o Basic Design Services $ 118,400.00
o Contingency $ 30,000.00
Total $ 148,400.00
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* Kimley - Horn and Associates were selected from a list of pre-qualified landscape architectural firms that Council approved on June 18, 2019.
